William Webb Ellis

From 1750 boys at Rugby School in England played football. Since there was no fixed limit to the number of players on any team, major injuries could occur. Handling of the ball was permitted but running with it towards the opposition’s goal was against the rules. You were permitted to catch the ballt but you could not run with it. The game was more like soccer than rugby.
In 1823 William Webb Ellis ran with the ball, this inspired someone to invent rugby.
in 1845 the first rules for rugby were written.

Jonah Lomu a New Zealand All Black was a world wide superstar. He began playing in 1994 and played 63 games for the All Blacks. Jonah was a big and fast intimidating player who helped his team win most of their games.

Jonah Lomu was relly lacky.Jonah Lomu had a cindy problen. This man gave on the radeo afther the kidny trantber after his came back he chrid to make it back to the All Blacks. so he played for the harer kanes He move to whloes and Hong kong finle he rtiyred.

Buzzy Bee is the most famous toy in New Zealand many Buzzy Bees have been sold in many country’s in New Zealand. Nearly every child has a Buzzy Bee to play with in New Zealand.

Badminton

Room 13 did Badminton tine for the fist time.
Whizzing and whirring the shuttle was
soaring in the air accurately. Did it hit the target? Donna was the teacher. she plays for sport Auckland.
The shuttle was flying in the air like a bird, back and forwards to the other team. Spiraling powerfully.
We swung the racquet  over our head, trying to hit the shuttle.
We enjoyed it by using great team work.

beep test

On Monday afternoon we did running, but not any running, it was a test to see how fit you are. Out of 19.0 levels I got to 15.5 The girls had to go first. It was a nice day. There were 17 boy and 15 girls.We all had a nice day

twits

1. one day the twits when down the road to go buy those shot guns that shoot 50 bullets with one shot. The bird where just siting on the roof larring at the twits. The rolpole birds got the key uder the mat. To open the maces cage. The door was uner lock so the maces and birds flip the Kach tabble chers and the mat. The twits came home with their shots gunys.

motat

Have you been to motat You might be jealous since we went there. We went here to see inventions and how they changed.We got split up into 7 groups and went off. In the picture (left side) you can see a 'whisper dish'. The people there are in Miss King's group. In my group I was interested in the space and steam areas. Everything in MOTAT is cool besides those. They even have a mirror maze and an arcade. Most people argued over if street fighter was better than pac-man.
Last we went to the 'tactile dome'. Close you're eyes and you're hands over. Thats how dark it is. I was in the last group. I held on Sosaia's T-shirt and Wakatere held on my T-shirt. Sosaia found most of the ways but soon I let go an made a huge find. While Sosaia and Wakatere went feeling the wall, I felt the slide. At the bottom of the slide I also found the platform about a meter down. We then walked up a ramp, went down another slide and we were out!
As we walked back to the bus, everyone wanted to stay but we couldn't. The bell rang as we got back so then Levi, Uili, Iisa and I ran to riverside.
