Immersion Assembly

First day back to school trying to stay awake I sore that we were doing Survivors. We all marched into the hall and saw all the teachers dressed up in funny bright clothes. I was excited to see what we had in store, I knew who was presenting going first, Youngest first, so that ment team 1 went first. But first Mr Burt made a movie, and shared it with us. It was about a bird and he was bugging them so they called someone to kill the bird. They cooked him then, ate him.

Team one went up said “We are going to sing karaoke” they went around the hall and and picked up a hand full of people. They were mostly girls. Then Miss George said “There is a prize” the kids started to sing to Katy Perry and sang Roar. They went through the hole line, then mr Burt said that we were going to have a cheer and clap-a-monitor. The teacher put there hand on my head and the screamed. Miss Kings daughter won, she won movie tickets.

Then team two went up, they were doing they made a movie about dinosaurs. The movie there was a song about dinosaurs, he was singing about what was the biggest dinosaur. The strongest, witch was the T-Rex. Team Three also did dinosaurs, miss King went up along with the other teacher miss King went along and they introduced they own dinosaur. They were making up their own dinosaur.

Later was Team four, they also made a movie they were in a green screen room and had no idea what was behind them. So Mr S was saying “Look out it’s right by your feet, all of the people jumped and ran around. At the end of it they asked was was behind you. One person said they were in Candy land.

Team five was last and they had performed was based around survivor and the person who won got immunity. They had a competition, They had a noodle eating challenge, and they had to eat with chopsticks. Miss Clark was born from somewhere they always had to use chopsticks growing up as she is half Asian, so that meant she won by a great margin. Miss Peato said she could of adapted but she didn't want to adapted.

My favorite presentation was team Four because they it was funny and it looks fun , I can’t wait to started this year.

Angels

In maths we are learning about angels. It's kinda boring because angels are pretty easy, we were leaning a bit about it doesn't madder how big or small it is, its about the angel. We were learning with a protractor and we did a game called Measuring Angles, we had to take screen shots and put is on our presentation.

We will be learning more of it, and maybe learning more about it.

Lee Going To Aussie

Even before the sun rose, I was already awake in bed, ready to dash down stairs. I zoomed to the table to eat my breakfast, I was so excited to jump on a plane Aussie, I have never been there before, also never seen my family,  the nutrigrain made my tastebuds dance in my mouth. I ate my breakfast brushed my teeth and got changed. My dad arrived  for work we threw our luggage and all hoped in the car, we fastened our seat belt we went to my nana’s house then left for the airport.

We got to the airport very early, we were there two hour early. When we got there we had to give our passport to the  when we were there this person asked if we would buy this drink it was for people that are having long flights we finally arrived at the plane boarding. After a few minutes the captain announced that we were going to to take off. When we took off there were so much G’s and that I could not lean forward.

We finally landed after three gruelling hours we went through costumes and we got picked up from my two uncles picked us up and we went to my uncle's house it was the best house I have ever seen well that what I thought but then I went to my uncle Ellen he had a niceeeee! house. He had a penthouse looking over the gold coast. We were going to stay at my nana’s house for the night. The next morning we woke up and left to the theme parks.

Later we went we went back to uncle hu’s house and we had a BBQ, we also jumped into the pool with my cousins and sister. My Uncle turned the fountain on. Later we jumped on a big jandal and we layed on it and jumped off it. Then it was time to eat you could smell it from the pool, It smelt gooooood, we all got a plate and eat some food, it was delicious figer liking good. We all went back into the pool and played a bit, it was sad because it was our last day there. Soon night came and we went to bed.

The next morning we got ready to leave my uncle paul came over to pick us up to take us back to the airport, we were all sad, but when we were there we got a iced coffee. Soon we had to go, we looked at the plane it was bigger than the other one. So we said our final goodbyes and boarded the plane, the plane started to take off, I put my headphone on, put a movie on and left on the way home there was a lot of turbulence. But it’s okay because we are going back soon.

Lee Explanation How To Prevent Getting Sick

Winter is the time of year when people are getting sick, because of the weather, germs and bacteria. People get sick mostly with the cold and the flu. This happens because people do not eat properly, wash or put the right clothes on and not have enough rest.

People do not always have good hygiene, People need to wash their hand after they touch handles, money, keyboards and also when you sneeze. And also for other people that touch things. People also need a lot of vitamin C And wear warm cloths, it is good to have a flu shot.

The flu is very bad to have A 100 F or higher fever or feeling feverish not everyone with the flu has a fever a cough and/or sore throat, a runny or stuffy nose. Headaches and or body aches chills fatigue nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea most common in children.

The cold has not as many symptoms but it is not as bad. Runny or stuffy nose. Itchy or sore throat cough congestion slight body aches or a mild headache sneezing watery eyes

So if you follow this then this will help to prevent yourself getting sick.
