Winter is the time of year when people are getting sick, because of the weather, germs and bacteria. People get sick mostly with the cold and the flu. This happens because people do not eat properly, wash or put the right clothes on and not have enough rest.
People do not always have good hygiene, People need to wash their hand after they touch handles, money, keyboards and also when you sneeze. And also for other people that touch things. People also need a lot of vitamin C And wear warm cloths, it is good to have a flu shot.
The flu is very bad to have A 100 F or higher fever or feeling feverish not everyone with the flu has a fever a cough and/or sore throat, a runny or stuffy nose. Headaches and or body aches chills fatigue nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea most common in children.
The cold has not as many symptoms but it is not as bad. Runny or stuffy nose. Itchy or sore throat cough congestion slight body aches or a mild headache sneezing watery eyes
So if you follow this then this will help to prevent yourself getting sick.
