Once upon a time there was a vampire that roamed upon the town. At night time he scares everyone in their dreams. Some people were so scared they wet their beds. They never wanted to go.

One day he tried to scare an old man but instead of hurting him he did nothing, his dreams were too strong. He tried and tried but he could not get into his mind.  He was going to give up but he still did not.

He thought that he would not be able to scare anyone ever again. So he went back to his house and tried to find a way to get back into people's dreams. He found a way to make  it back into people he will use a teleporter to get into their  minds.

He made it in but that was just the beginning of the journey he got into it easy.  Now he had to think of bad dreams and it worked. He thought  to himself,  “I am so smart”. Next minute he died because he had no more drama so he died of shock.

netbook reflections 2013

I like my netbook because it is a lot better than before and also it is helping with my spelling. I think it is handy to use so that I do not have to use a pencil. And all so we get blogs and have fun.

The thing that frustrates me when I look at the Netbook and then I write it on my book. Also getting distracted from work like trying to find our places that we have to go.

What will make it better improving the internet.

It is a lot better than ever it is very cool it is a lot easier.

Swimming

A normal  day at school  will not be the same for four days it will be a lot more fun than normal. For four days we went and swam . The pool were very cold when you first get into the pool and then it get very fun and warm. It was fun to dive into the pool I was very cool one day hopefully we can do it again

We played  a lot of games in the pool it involved swimming and seed and sometimes  you need goggo so you can see under the water. We raced to the ball for the point. We won once and they whole the  rest of the times  it was still fun. they made us do gana style and they and made us ibarist but we still gave them pay back.

Mr samvel said get out of the pool my friends and I ran out of the pool and got dress. He said 30 seconds to go. We ran out of the toilets and got in a line. A lot of people were doing their hair so they didn't get to go in the pool the next day.

haunted house

One halloween night there were some trick or treaters going to people house and getting some candy.  They went to a lot of places and got and got some lollies. Some of the older people were scaring them but at the end getting some candy.

They stumbled into a very big house they walked up to the house. He called here the some thing was in the in the bush. He run faster he was very scared he finally made it to the steranes it made a squeaking noise he was terrified.

He press the doorbell all of a sadin the door opened and then the carpet looked like it was going to eat. him. Then it all went quiet then  carpet wrapped around him. And smacked him into the wall and shut the door he was very hurt  but he got back up.

He got back up and started going places to find a way out he found some dynamite found some matches. He he put the bomb in the toilet  he ran and duked the bomb blooded BOOM MMMM the bomb went off. When he got up he saw that the house was gone.

UFO

One beautiful day John and Eric went to the forest they saw a shooting star well so what they thought It was. As it got closer it started to look like a UFO  "AHHHHHHHHH" Eric said.John and Eric was shocked he said to himself “are my eye ticking me”I rubbed my eyes.

They rushed to the scene they saw the UFO and they fanned a little green alien what a very small alien. It had a little glass helmet all of a sudden he pulled a gun. John said “ duk”Eric jumped out of the way. He stayed there and he was aware of what it would happen when it gets
him.

Eric said “go to my house and get the hammer run, run, run and I will hold him up” he ran as fast as he could. He said to eric’s WE NEED THE HAMMER!! while sitting down. John grabbed the key and struggled to open up the door finale he opened the door and got the biggest hammer they had and went back to the forest. He said in his head “will I make it ?”


John hid behind the tree’s and snaked and whacked the alien there was a hole in his helmet he could not survive. The impact of the glass helmet hit his head and made his head bleed all this green blood was squirting out of out of the alien’s head. They hid his  UFO in the lake they never found it again.

One sunny day my friends went to the shops. They went to buy something to eat and drink. They got some chips.

But when Sione finishes his chips and drink went to the shops and hid the chips in his t-shirt. and the dog was huge and he was being chased by the dog.

He gave the dog some chips he no longer hungry. He went home and got some money for the chip. He said thank you.

Everyone was happy but mostly sione. We walked home slowly to enjoy the sun. It was a nice day.

Eastern Suburbs

on sunday I went to midles farm to get a medal. we went to find a parking spot and then I saw my friend toby I saw him running down the field I saw that he had with him his ball. he kicked the ball all the way down the field I chased the ball I got it and then stop it.

I saw Toby's dad he said that “it is starting soon” they told us to sit on the ground so that we could get their meldis. they called their  names they were calling their names. they  finally they called my name I got my medal. They shaked my hand and gave me a medal.

On tuesday went to the court to see what it will be like being paralyzed. We put one hand in the band first so it will be like you have no hands. It was very hard then we got our partner and done the same. By the way Francis was my badey.

When we were running mr marks was laughing he wanted to record the mayhem but the camera was flat. He really wanted tap us so he could watch us all night. That would've been so funny.
It made It so hard to run and throw the ball we could not bet the time if we were running normal. How can they do it it is very hard.

It was very hard throw we had to hop and after we throw. Then we throw the ball without our hand in the band.

On Friday me and my dad went to get some cricket gear. We got a bat, pads, gloves, bag, shoes, and stumps.The funny thing was that all things I had were green. My dad threw the ball. It hit my ribs. It was very sore. Then it hit my legs that didn't hurt. It hit my pads.

Once when I was going to hit it the ball the drain was in the way so the ball went sideways and hit me in the legs. It did not matter. Then we went inside.

para-olympic

In the Paralympics there is a 200 meters sprinting race but its not any normal run. They have curved metal blades as their legs because they have amputated legs. The reason why the blades were curved was so that they could run fast. At first they looked like they would fall over at the start the crowd was supporting their team. A man who was running funny got to first place he was running like a speedboat.

In a volleyball game at the Para-olympics both teams have to sit on the court instead of standing because they have amputated limbs. The teams that were playing was Brazil & China, while they are playing the game. They had to drag themselves over the court. They have a different court to the normal one, it has a smaller court and a lower net. The teams had to use teamwork if they wanted to win.

Hey Pt England did School Cross Country!! My team was Takitimu (Yellow). It was great my shoes were dirty I will tell you the whole story.

I could feel the adrenalin pumping in my body. I was very nervous about this, we all knew we had to run one kilometer.Mr Burt said “On your marks, get set, GO!!” I started to jog for a bit. The first puddle “Oh No” I said to myself. I ran through the puddle I was soaked but I still ran over the bridge.

One of the girls said “Which way do we go” and I said “Go left” then we both went left. When we were up to the steps we almost fell over going down. Then out of nowhere a puddle appeared and I got more wet then I was already. I finally got out of the swamp and I ran onto the grass.

But when I was running on the grass I started to sink in the grass as if it was quicksand!!. All of the teachers, mum’s and dad’s were cheering on their kids near the finish “GO!! GO!! GO!!” said the parents near the line I almost fainted but I was so close I didn’t want to give up. I was proud that I came 1ST place.

Lees Writing About Sausages

Have you been working hard? Well Rm15 has, so we got to have sausages!! But I did the cooking I can tell you who helped me cook. All you have to do is read and enjoy.



Taniela and I had to grill the sausages. It was fun but Taniela burnt the sausages by mistake. We put the sausages on the grill but when we got back the sausages were all ready flipping over. We knew that it was cooking because it made a big sizzling sound.

The sausages while we were cooking it started to look like a small log. The sausages looked ready to eat but they were not because they were raw on the inside. The meat was squirting out like a volcano it looked disgusting.

The sausages felt like they were dancing on my mouth. I saw the burnt sausages I just missed it. I was very happy that I had a sausage. I hope we have it again!!!!

soccer

The lunch ball ring YA!! SOCCER I raced to the field. I was the first one there I saw my team. I went to get the ball off Mr Harris. We got the goals set up and our captains and pit the team.

We got started to run, I ran with the ball then I fell over it a big puddle. But I still got up the poisson and almost got the goal but our differences stopped them. The differences kicked the ball all the way to me.

I got the goal then suddenly the bell rang. Some of us fell over when we were walking. I grabbed the post and put it in Mr Harris room.

They put me into a kennel  for a 100,00,00$ a alien came and bought me and  took me and gave me some bones and eyes a robot came cleaned  all of the mess. the alien went to bed the robot took his mask off it was my brother we ran as fast as we code. into the ufo and we went home.

On Thursday room 15 went to basketball. I Wondered what we are doing?.We had to practice dribbling the coaches said “use the fingertips to keep the ball under carroll”. I dribbled the ball with my fingertips and it made dribbling a lot easier.

Balancing the ball back and then Auri gave the ball to me. I dribbled the ball to the coach. Then the year 7&8 came. The next skill we had to do was spin the ball around your head body and legs. It is a lot harder then it looks.

That part was hard. Then at the end of the training we had a FUN!! game. We almost came first but we only got to play two games I really like that game. we helped them pack up the basketballs. I really like basketball!!!. luckey we have basketball on Thursday. I can't wait for next week.

Olympics

Two thousand years ago the olympics started in Ancient Greece and is still playing today. Every time the olympics stared the soldiers had a truce. The sports that they played were discus, long jump, boxing, chariot racing, pankration.

We chose our olympic images in class. What we had to do was pick out of these sports what one we should poze basketball, fencing, boxing, diving weightlifting taekwondo. six different sport’s we done

Olympics symbol

This term our inquiry topic is the Olympic Games. We will be taking a close look at the London games and also uncovering some of the amazing stories of the Olympics, both past and present.

The colored version of the ring forms the olympic flag. This was the colors blue, yellow, black , green and red covering a white field. These colors were chosen because at least every country had one. They were first made in 1914 and raised in 1920. The Olympic rings represent the continents such as Africa, Europe, Asia, America and Australasia.

My favorite piece of art was Mikaiah’s because it had Bruno Mars. I liked it because it was different and it had a lot of colours. And I think was very cool.

At youthtown we went into a workshop we had to sketch something. I sketched a turtle. Everyone got a piece of clay I had to do get some wood that was square. We had to cut the clay into a square then you cross hatch. Then you stick glue on the clay then you get a bit of clay and the you get a skewer and cut the piece then you cross hatch then you stick some more glue on the clay then you stick glass on your dizin. Then they put it into a kiln.

Monet was a french painter. He like to paint bridge scene or city scene. And he to cach from other times of the day. Impressionist wanted to paint different times of day because they liked to capture the light in the moment .

Monet created his beautiful garden at home in Giverny. He loved to paint  sculptures. He like to paint the shadow in the water. The water is costly changing.

The famous japanese bridge were made by japanese crossing a pond. There are trees and shrubs that change colours in the season. It also changes colour throughout the day as it reflected off the water to make it more interesting.

Jackson pollock used to live in the U.S.A. in new york.In 1945, he married the artist Lee Krasner. Pollock died at the age of 44 I are car crash.

but he died in August 11 1956. He used to  smoke alot.  he scooped alot of paint just like us. But i think it is a waste of paint when you have done it looks cool.

We had to tape pieces of paper on a big piece of cardboard. Then we took it outside. we had a variety of colors with paint  brushes inside paint buckets.

We got to sblat the paint on the paper it went every wher. on the grass the park on the school. the baer rang the we where done.

Robert delaunay was a french painter. He used vibrant colors he used geometric shapes. no colors can be together.

Robert used bright vibrant colors. He also used geometric shapes.He made a scene with a kitchen and a lady at work.

In the Tall Portuguese Woman he used circles to make a kickin seen. on the left side or the picker. There is a plant made of circles in the middle of the tree. so we had to mack our own.

Eden park

In the holiday we were going to Eden park to watch the Kiwis and Kangaroos play. When we went to look for a parking spot, we  walked near the doors and they opened. My family took our tickets out of the car.

I was the first one to scan my ticket. I was waiting for my dad to come out. We were waiting for  St Pauls and Otahuhu  to finish their match so we could watch the real game.

It was time for New Zealand vs Australia. It was Australia’s kick off to New Zealand. Stepping and tackling we saw the Kiwis get the first try because we were by the goal post. The time hit 0:00 and it was half time. This time it was the kiws turn to kick off. Both teams played hard but Australia won. The final score was Australia  20 to New Zealand 12.

Every day  for two weeks my class and other class a go swimming. on the first day we had to go in the small pool to see which pool we should go in. me and my friend went in the pool i went to pool three my friend went to pool one.  pool three is the big cold pool. for a warm up kicking to the  author side of the pool and go back to the author side. you swimming with the board and without the board. after my class has done we have a little shower. then we get charge and then walk back to school.

camp kayaking

My favourite part of camp was going kayaking. I really enjoyed kayaking because I have never been on one before. There were a lot of life jackets which were very colourful. As I was watching from the shore I saw people were colliding into each other with a bang. When it was my turn to go in the kayak my friend tried to capsized me and I was going to fall out but luckily I stayed upright.

blind folded

When we were going to the hall there was a big! obstacle course. I said “ wow this is cool”. Mr marks told us the obstacle course it was easy, but when he said you have to do it blind folded I new this was going to be hard.

When it was our turn my partner was first. I guided him on and off the balance beam. I helped him over the tackling bags. Through the hula hoop and the zig zaging cones. On the mat “ finely we are at the steps “ I said. My partner and I were up to the big mat which I jumped off and so did my partner.

We where on the ground and it was my turn to be blind folded. We did the same thing but when we were up on the stage my friend pushed me off and I fell on to the ground. We where back. We were laughing at the people that where blind folded.

The school bay

The boy at the beach tried to do a flip and cracked his back. Me and a bunch of kids that were playing on the groyne were trying to keep our balance on the slippery rocks. The groyne looks like a big meteor.

As the kids where swimming a big wave swept them to the shore. The kids where swimming in the water and having a good time.

When we where eating our lunch we saw room 16 eating lunch next to us on the blue sheet. Sadly I heard my friend say it was time to go. the school picnic was very fun.

lee kiwifruit

The short hairs tickled my tongue. When we got to eat the kiwifruit I said to myself “this is very sweet". I didn't want to eat the skin because it was prickly and dry.


When I squashed it it was squishy. The outside was pale green with a white center. There were heaps of little seeds which looked like ants.

My Holidays

My favorite thing in the holiday's was going to One Tree Hill. It was tiring walking up the hill.
My second thing was going to Rotorua. When we arrived we went straight to the town center.
Three days later we went to the movies and we were watching Shipwrecked.
